Welcome—I’m Sarah, founder of The Blooming Saguaro Mobile Bar. I’m so glad you’re here.

Born and raised in Phoenix, I’ve always been drawn to the beauty and energy of the Arizona desert. After living in a few different places, I found my home in Tucson, where I’ve spent nearly a decade building both community and craft.

What began as bartending for family gatherings and celebrations quickly grew into something more. I realized I wasn’t just serving drinks—I was creating experiences people remembered. That passion became The Blooming Saguaro.

My approach is rooted in intention, quality, and refined detail. Every cocktail is crafted from scratch using fresh-squeezed citrus, house-made syrups, cordials, and thoughtfully selected ingredients. No shortcuts—only a commitment to delivering a clean, elevated experience your guests will notice.

I’m continually refining my craft and drawing inspiration from the evolving cocktail world to create menus that feel balanced, distinctive, and tailored to each event.
